GJEPC's Signature IIJS 2012 is in its fifth year to showcase the world's best and finest in gems
and jewellery across 22,000 sq mts of space in the financial and commercial capital of India – Mumbai. With over 10,000 visitors, 800 booths, 450+ exhibitors; Signature IIJS 2012 has grown to more than
double its size and much more grande than its previous avtaars seen in Goa and Mumbai.
Some of the leading jewellery companies participating at the show are from Surat, Mumbai, Jaipur, New Delhi and Bangalore. There are about 46 exhibitors from countries like Israel, Belgium, Thailand and Turkey participating in the show. Israel has about 18 leading jewellery companies showcasing their jewellery brands at Signature IIJS 2012.
The Israel Diamond Pavilion is located in Hall No. 5 and includes names like A S Diamonds, AG Diamond Direct, Avi Paz Group, Eyal Mizrahi, Hausman Diamond Manufacturers, Iris Shirtal Diamonds, Julius Klein – Eliaz Diamonds, Leo Schachter Diamonds, MID Diamonds, Moshe Levy Diamonds, Moti Kashi, Ofer Mizrahi Diamonds, S. Juwal & Co, Sahar Atid, Shlomo Bichachi Diamonds and Vision Diamonds. Some of these companies are exhibiting for the very first time in India.
The fifth edition of Signature IIJS is been held from January 6-9, 2012, at Bombay Convention &
Exhibition Centre (NSE Complex), Mumbai. Signature IIJS has been conceptualized to represent and showcase the best that India has to offer in design, craftsmanship and quality. This exclusive platform
has seen participation from India's leading, hand-picked companies who have displayed the choicest in products and design.
Ms. Varda Shine, CEO, Diamond Trading Company, Chief Guest, and Mr. Rajiv Jain, Chairman, GJEPC, inaugurated Signature IIJS 2012, one of India's finest and first gems & jewellery show of the year. Signature IIJS undoubtedly showcases India's finest in top-of-the-line jewellery design and manufacturing.
One of the highlights at this year's Signature IIJS is the privileged Elite Club with special mezzanine lounges especially created for retailers for exclusive use wherein they can enjoy some quiet moments, relax, have internet access and even snack at leisure.
Speaking about the show, a representative from the second-time participant Hari Darshan Exports, says, "We have been getting good queries for small goods from local buyers from Chennai, Mumbai and other cities. They have been enquiring about our small collections and we are happy to note that the show has somehow able to keep upto our expectations". |
